Meet Global Lioness Christina
Christina was raised in South Los Angeles, California. She was first introduced to yogavia a community college course in 2013. After an increased interest in spiritual/physical wellness, she began employing basic yoga stretches and practices with her toddler at home. After noticing the many benefits Yoga had to offer, she immersed herself completely in studying the discipline in order to share the knowledge of her newfound passion with others. In April 2016, Christina graduated from Green Tree YTT. Yoga and it's many principles has brought Christina closer to inner peace, awareness and a respect for all life. She seeks to assist those who are beginning their journey by preparing a wonderful self-love experience.

Meet Jenn Criss
Jenn has explored the many facets of life with a challenge. She has been practicing yoga for four years, but defines her practice as beginning the moment she completed her 200-hour Teacher Training in 2016. She seeks to awaken the soul and spread compassion, love and peace. Jenn holds space for people to realize their own strength, potential and truth. To be inspired by the mere essence of life, and sensitive to its simple moments , makes her a child at heart; with this she hopes to keep the inner-child alive in all. She hopes to encourage self-awareness and consciousness in an open space of acceptance and love. The practice of yoga brings the practice of peace into the daily life and that is just what she seeks to do for those she encounters. Bless
Marcella is committed to self-love and a mind-body-soul approach to holistic health and wellness. She embarked on her spiritual journey about six years ago, when she left her business background in search of the more meaningful life that was calling her soul. She began practicing self-love and adopted a new approach to wellness, with a variety of spiritual practices, and was able to transform her life immensely. She believes the spiritual practices that were the most beneficial for her transformation were Reiki healing and Pranayama breathwork, which is why she chose to study them further in order to assist others on their healing journeys. She believes that everyone has the ability to transform their lives and is honored to share her knowledge and healing with the world.
